Recipe preparation steps

Mięso myjemy, osuszamy, solimy z obu stron, a następnie kroimy w kostkę. Do garnka wlewamy odrobinę oleju, wrzucamy mięso i podsmażamy. Dodajemy musztardę oraz czosnek pokrojony w plastry. Całość mieszamy. Pomidora kroimy w kostkę i dodajemy do mięsa. Cukinię, paprykę, cebulę kroimy w kostkę, dodajemy do mięsa i pomidorów, mieszamy. Doprawiamy pieprzem. Do garnka wlewamy bulion (kostkę bulionu rozpuszczamy w 500ml wody). Dusimy ok. 30 minut. Doprawiamy solą i papryką do smaku. Dodajemy koncentrat pomidorowy. Odrobinę gulaszu mieszamy ze śmietaną. Całość wlewamy do garnka, mieszając. Danie podajemy z ugotowanym makaronem. Posypujemy posiekanym koperkiem.Autor: qba100
