Banany zblendować z mlekiem (można wymienić na inne roślinne lub zwykłe). Płatki, siemię, wiórki kokosowe oraz nasiona chia odmierzyć. Wszystkie składniki wymieszać. Masę przelać do naczynia do zapiekania. Na wierzchu poukładać owoce (u mnie były to borówki, maliny, oraz śliwki). Piec w 180C przez około 40 minut. Podawać z np. z jogurtem i syropem klonowym.
