Makaron gotujemy w osolonej wodzie. Warzywa oraz pokrojoną kapustę pekińska wrzucamy na patelnię spsikana olejem i smażymy aż będą gotowe. Dorzucamy do nich ugotowany makaron, doprawiamy. Wlewamy mleko i tarty/pokrojony na mniejsze kawałki ser i wrzucamy roszponke. Mieszamy do rozpuszczenia sie sera i przekładamy na talerzyk
