Figi kroimy w drobną kostkę. Płatki zalewamy ok. 0,5 l wrzącej wody i odstawiamy pod przykryciem na kilka godzin. Następnie odlewamy z nich wodę. Całość wsypujemy do miski i dodajemy pozostałe składniki.
