Płatki zalewamy ok. 0,5 l wrzącej wody i odstawiamy pod przykryciem na kilka godzin. Następnie odlewamy z nich wodę. Zalewamy mlekiem i mieszamy z posiekanymi migdałami, pokrojonym na drobne kawałki bananem i karobem.
