Low Carb Chicken Breast in Onion Paprika Cream Sauce

Chicken Breast Fillet 2

Sour Cream 30%
Ground Sweet Paprika
White Salt
Black Pepper
Olive Oil
Recipe preparation steps
Rinse the meat with cold water and cut into small pieces. Heat a little olive oil in the pan and fry the meat lightly. Remove the meat from the pan briefly.
Peel the onion, halve it, and cut it into rings. Fry the onion in the pan after the meat.
Wash the peppers, cut them into small pieces, and add them to the onions.
Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
When the peppers are al dente, add the meat and the cream.
Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
