Peel the onion and garlic.Dice the onion and garlic,Heat the pan.When hot, add a little oil and fry the onion.After 1-2 minutes, add the meat and fry until tender.Add the garlic, tomatoes, herbs, salt and pepper and reduce the heat to low.
