Cebulę siekamy i podsmażamy na rozgrzanym oleju, razem z pokrojonym drobno pomidorem. Do miseczki wbijamy jajka, dodajemy sól i pieprz i mieszamy widelcem. Zmniejszamy ogień i wlewamy zawartość miseczki. Smażymy na małym ogniu ciągle mieszając, aż jajko się zetnie. Podajemy z chlebem.
