Recipe preparation steps

Cook whole wheat pasta in salted water according to package instructions.

Prepare, wash and cut the leek into rings.Cook in salted water for 2-3 minutes.

Combine flour and cream.Bring 50 ml of vegetable stock to a boil, stir in cream, and simmer for 2 minutes.Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Dice the salmon fillet and let it simmer in the sauce for about 3 minutes.Chop 1 sprig of dill and add it to the sauce.Serve the pasta and leek with the salmon sauce.
