Oddzielamy białka od żółtek. Białka ubijamy ze szczyptą soli. Do miski z żółtkami dodajemy mąkę, kakao, proszek do pieczenia, cukier kokosowy (lub inne słodzidło), mleko i olej. Miksujemy. Dodajemy ubite białka i delikatnie mieszamy. Pieczemy około 4-6 minut, w mocno rozgrzanej gofrownicy (musi mieć dużą moc). Im dłużej je pieczemy, tym będą bardziej chrupiące!
