Recipe preparation steps

Fasolę namaczamy minimum 2 godziny, a najlepiej przez całą noc. Gotujemy w wodzie, w której się moczyła, z dodatkiem soli, aż będzie miękka.Następnie odlewamy nadmiar wody.Na patelnie podsmażamy na klarowany maśle pokrojoną w kosteczkę cebulę i drobno pokrojonego kurczaka doprawionego solą,pieprzem i czosnkiem.Mięso dodajemy do fasoli i miezamy z koncentrate pomidorowym oraz dodajemy zgnieciony ząbek czosnku i przyprawy. Gotujemy jeszcze 15minut.
