Recipe preparation steps

Peel the kohlrabi and cut into sticks.Heat some oil/ghee/butter in the pan and fry the kohlrabi sticks in it.Deglaze with the vegetable stock.Stir in the paprika powder and tomato paste.

Cut the cooked ham into strips and add to the kohlrabi.Wash the tomatoes, halve them and add them to the kohlrabi, then stir in the crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper.Wash, dry, and chop the parsley, and sprinkle it over the pan.
