Recipe preparation steps

Before preparing, drink the tomato juice with a little Tabasco.

Cook the rice in salted water until al dente.Dry-toast the sesame seeds in a pan.Add the patted-dry, finely chopped mushrooms to the pan, followed by the bamboo shoots and finely chopped onions with a little oil.Cut the pork into strips or small pieces.Place the soy sauce in a small bowl and marinate the meat.Add this to the vegetables in the pan and stir-fry briefly until the meat is cooked.Season the dish with Asian spices or with salt, pepper, and soy sauce.Serve with rice.
