Recipe preparation steps

Umyte udko wkładamy do garnka, zalewamy zimną woda tak, aby było przykryte i gotujemy na wolnym ogniu. Następnie myjemy i oczyszczamy marchewkę, cebulę i selera. W cebulę wbijamy goździki, po czym wrzucamy warzywa do garnka i całość gotujemy na małym ogniu przez około 20 min. Udko wyjmujemy z rosołu, usuwamy kości i kroimy mięso w paski. Czosnek myjemy, kroimy na drobne kawałeczki i dusimy na maśle. Czosnek zalewamy rosołem i gotujemy około 5 min. Warzywa wyjmujemy z rosołu, kroimy w kostkę i dodajemy do rosołu razem z pokrojonym mięsem. Doprawiamy do smaku solą i pieprzem.
