Recipe preparation steps

Peel the onion and chop the garlic.Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté gently.

Wash the zucchini, cut it into small cubes, and add it to the pot.After 3-6 minutes, add the water.

After 10 minutes of cooking, the zucchini should be soft.Now puree everything finely. Season with salt and pepper.Finally, add the cream to the plate.
