Recipe preparation steps

Transfer the banana to a bowl and mash with a fork or use a mixer.Crack the eggs into the bowl with the banana and add the flour. Mix everything well.

Heat a pan.Add a little oil.Fry the omelette on both sides until golden brown.

Mix raspberries with yogurt and spread over omelette. If using frozen raspberries, to thaw them, transfer them to a pan and add a teaspoon of sugar.
