Recipe preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 140°C fan or 160°C top and bottom heat.

Mix the quark, egg, erythritol and vanilla pulp until creamy.

Grease 2 baking tins/casserole dishes with butter/ghee.Pour half (1/2) of the mixture into the 2 baking tins.Wash the blackberries and place them evenly in the baking tins.Then distribute the rest of the mixture evenly between the tins.Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
