Recipe preparation steps

Cut the avocado in half. Remove the pit and scoop out the flesh from one half with a spoon and put it in a bowl.Halve the orange, squeeze out the juice and add it to the avocado.Add the erythritol and puree finely with a hand blender.

Put the cream in a bowl and beat it with a hand blender until stiff.Slowly mix the stiff cream into the avocado orange puree.
