Recipe preparation steps

Mix the quark and eggs with a hand mixer.Add the almonds and psyllium husks.

In a pan with a little oil/butter/ghee, bake the pancake batter.

Cover all pancakes with cheese and ham, roll them up and cut into 2-4 cm thick pieces.

Optionally, you can now heat the „snails” in a pan so that the cheese melts and holds the pancake together.

Wash the tomatoes, dry them and cut them in half.Place one tomato half on each snail.
