Recipe preparation steps

Krewetki rozmrozić, dokładnie umyć, osuszyć (jeśli jest taka potrzeba to dodatkowo oczyścić). Na patelni rozgrzać olej, wrzucić pastę curry i chwilę podsmażyć. Dodać imbir, czosnek, cebulę. Przemieszać i wrzucić krewetki. Smażyć je ok. 1 min. z każdej strony. Dodać sos rybny, przemieszać i wlać mleko kokosowe i sos sojowy. Zagotować. Gotować kilka minut, dodać poprzekrajane pomidorki koktajlowe oraz szpinak. Dusić przez 3 minuty. Skropić sokiem z limonki. Wymieszać i podawać z ryżem jaśminowym.
