Recipe preparation steps

Cut the cucumber into thin slices.

Cut the shallot into thin strips.

Briefly dry-roast the pine nuts in a pan.


Finely chop the herbs and mix them in a bowl with the vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss with the pine nuts and shallots.
