Recipe preparation steps

Wash the zucchini, coarsely grate, place in a sieve, and lightly salt.

Wash the carrots and coarsely grate them.

Squeeze the zucchini and carrot gratings and place them in a bowl. Add the onion and eggs to the grated zucchini. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat some olive oil/ghee in the pan.Form small rösti from the dough and fry both sides until lightly golden brown.Put the rösti on a plate and, when ready to serve, spread cream cheese on top and place a piece of salmon on top.
