Dehydrated lemon juice and citric acid (often citrus-derived) are present. Citrus allergy is rare but can cause oral allergy syndrome (OAS) or systemic reactions (e.g., anaphylaxis) in sensitive individuals. Cross-reactivity with other citrus or birch pollen possible.
