Shallots

Shallots (9.4% content, *Allium cepa* var.) contain lipid transfer proteins (LTPs) and profilins that may trigger oral allergy syndrome (OAS) or, rarely, systemic reactions. Cross-reactivity with onions, garlic, or mugwort possible.

Symptoms
