I am reminded of the saying – genes are not an excuse... Referring to genes is one of the many excuses when we have difficulty shaping our physique... Of course, I don't want to question the influence of genetics on specific processes that occur during or after training... Everyone has, for example, a gene called the ACTN3 symbol that determines the ratio of individual muscle fibers. Depending on the information encoded in that gene, differences can occur, for instance, in sports results. Genes also determine muscle attachment sites, the number of muscle fibers, and other features that affect the process of shaping the physique... Symmetry affects the effectiveness of the movement system, yet shows minor disproportions... In my opinion, the differences in the general population are not significant enough to claim that genes are the main cause of significant disproportions between the sides of our body... In my opinion, the main causes lie in other aspects.
