The epidemic belongs to the family of Barberry. It is known to increase testosterone levels, which is a proven substance containing Icariin. It is mainly distributed in China, Japan and North Korea, but it is also cultivated in many other countries as an ornamental plant. The epidemic has long been considered an aphrodisiac and an effective remedy for sexual and impotence problems. It contains a substance known as Icariin, which increases the level of testosterone in the body. The effects of this compound are comparable to another substance, Sildenafil, a popular ingredient in one of the most widespread medications for male problems (in blue pills). The epidemic also improves the functioning of the hormonal and immune system, metabolism, increases libido, and has calming and stress-relieving effects. Animal studies on rats have shown that a dose of 200 mg/kg 40% extract (which is 80 mg Icariin per kilogram of body weight) increases testosterone levels. Based on these studies, the following doses have been developed for humans: – 900 mg Icariin for 70 kg weight; – 1200 mg for 90 kg; – 1500 mg for 110 kg.

Commonly referred to as a cuckoo, it is employed in folk medicine as a means of enhancing fertility and addressing male issues. However, there is currently no empirical evidence to substantiate these effects. The experiment conducted on rats lasted for four weeks, and its aim was to determine whether administering a dose of 200 mg of the aqueous extract to male subjects would result in an increase in hormone levels. The results demonstrated that an increase was observed, but only at higher doses of the preparation. In medicine, the sap of this plant is also utilized to treat inflammation of the gastric mucosa and wounds.
The salad palm, otherwise known as Sabal minor
Sabal minor is a species of palm belonging to the archaic family, native to North America and growing naturally in the United States. The fatty acid mixture in the fruit of this palm, known as Saw palmetto, has a significant impact on our health. Primarily, it prevents the conversion of testosterone into its more androgenic forms, such as dihydrosterone (DHT), which can cause hair loss, among other things. Regarding "male performance", Saw palmetto is used to treat mild prostate enlargement, urinary tract disorders, fertility issues, low libido, and increasing testosterone levels. Additionally, the preparation from the fruits of this palm is used for: – hair loss; – appetite stimulation; – regulation of thyroid function; – increased muscle effort; – inhibition of inflammatory processes. The dosage of Saw palmetto ranges from 160 to 320 mg per day. Maral is also used as a means of increasing strength and endurance in men, improving the efficiency of the muscular system. The root of maral has a positive impact on appetite, sleep, psychophysical condition, and functional capacity in individuals working under various conditions. Although there are currently no unequivocal scientific studies confirming the effectiveness of this preparation, long-term supplementation may lead to an increase in blood pressure, a slowing of the rhythm, and an increase in the amplitude of heart muscle work.
Brassaiopsis glomerulata – a tree species indigenous to Vietnam
This tree species is recognized in traditional medicine as Brassaiopsis glomerulata. In Vietnam, it has been primarily utilized for the treatment of rheumatism and back pain in the elderly. It is available in the form of a natural extract or as an ingredient in synthetic supplements. Its main characteristics include the ability to inhibit the activity of aromatase, an enzyme responsible for converting androgens into estrogens. Thanks to this attribute, Brassaiopsis glomerulata can be employed for: – boosting testosterone levels; – suppressing estrogen synthesis in men; – regulating the functioning of the hormonal system. Unfortunately, there is currently insufficient scientific evidence to substantiate these characteristics to 100%. Similarly, there is no clear guidance on dosage – before initiating supplementation with this preparation, it is advisable to consult with a doctor. Improper use may result in unwanted side effects such as infertility, liver dysfunction, excessive irritability and aggression, and reduced bone growth.

Product whose material value doesn't surpass 50% of the ex-factory price
Massularia is another herb that has been attributed to the role of a testosterone booster. These hypotheses have been drawn from numerous experiments on animals. The results confirm an increase in the concentration of this hormone and an increase in the level of libido. The composition of the plant is a mixture of alkaloids, anthrachinones, phenols, flavonoids, saponins, and tannins. However, the active ingredient of this product has not yet been identified. The previously mentioned studies were conducted on rats. The rodents were given two doses: 50 mg and 1000 mg per kilogram of body weight. The treatment resulted in an increase in the level of testosterone, but the higher dose caused toxic liver damage. It is therefore assumed that the dose for humans is as follows: – 550 mg for a person weighing 68 kg; – 700 mg for persons weighing 90 kg; – 900 mg for persons weighing 110 kg. However, it should be noted that the given doses are only guidelines and have not yet been confirmed. In order to prove their effectiveness and the absence of side effects, studies involving humans are necessary.
