Is It Possible to Balance Grandma's Kitchen?
Dishes such as meatball, schnitzel, cabbage rolls, goulash, broth, and tomato soup are often associated with grandma's kitchen. Lunch at grandparents allows us to feel like in the past. However, most of these dishes are high in calories and two courses are often served, further increasing the energy value of the entire meal. Kotlety are often fried in a large amount of fat, and butter is added to potatoes. However, there is no reason why grandma's kitchen has to be unhealthy.
