Mother's milk is the optimal nourishment for her offspring, supplying all the necessary elements for the growth and development of a young organism. One such key component is beef sulfur, which is distinguished by its particularly unique biological value. Over 250 active ingredients in this substance exert diverse, beneficial effects on the body. Can beef sulfur also be utilized by humans? What health benefits does it offer, and can supplementation with this substance lead to unwanted side effects?
Colostrum
Colostrum, otherwise known as milk sulphur, is a substance secreted by mammalian milk glands during the last few weeks of pregnancy and up to several hours after birth. It has a characteristic yellow colour, a higher density and a slightly acidic response (pH = 6,4). Its quantitative and qualitative composition is different from milk obtained after fermentation. Its structural characteristics differ from those of mammals' milk gluten up to a few hours after giving birth. However, it contains proteins such as salphuric acid and active proteins that are about 60 per cent more resistant to the biological weight of the body. Most of these proteins (80 per cent of which are starches, starches and starches), which are the main constituents of the mammalian organism, and which are not a substitute for whey protein.
