The following is a list of some of the products recommended for homemade baked bread, pre-cooked rice, whole-grain baked rice and all fat-based baked beans. All fat-containing flour with the exception of potato milk and whole grain rice, low-protein cornmeal, wheat and potato starch, baked cakes, sucrose, biscuits, ready-to-eat bread baked at home, and all fats baked on the basis of protein content.
A low-protein diet is a diet
The daily diet of the sick, despite certain restrictions on protein intake, does not have to be monotonous and barren at all. In the composition of the foods, except for the contraindicated products, we are limited only by our imagination. To better illustrate this, we present you with an example of a daily diet composed for an adult. The total protein content does not exceed 50 g/day.
