Complete home-based training from A to Z
Home-based training can be just as effective as gym training! It is not necessary to go to the gym to achieve satisfactory results. The only possible obstacle can be strength - its lack or excess. Questions may arise: how can an excess of strength be a problem? If someone can perform 50 push-ups in a row without difficulty and squats, even with the available load in hand, do not cause muscle fatigue, this is a problem. The only solution is to find ways to make exercises as difficult as possible and choose those that cause the greatest muscle fatigue. There are many solutions that can be applied at home, such as dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, or other weights. Even with simple resistance bands, a very demanding training can be carried out. Although home-based training may not lead to building an impressive muscle mass like a bodybuilder, it certainly contributes to the increase in strength, endurance, and improvement of fitness.

The exercise consists of pulling the feet towards the buttocks while lying on the back. It can also be performed one-legged. Lifting the leg in a side-lying position – in this position, the abduction of the legs is performed. To make the exercise more difficult, a small rubber band can be attached at the knee. It can be performed with a large number of repetitions and a pause at the top of the movement range.
Homeowner training - Chest and Arms
Chest and shoulder exercises are integrated with each other because these muscles work in muscle synergy together. You should not focus on typically isolated exercises here. The first recommended exercise is push-ups, known as classic push-ups, where you should watch the neutral setting of the spine, the active abdominal muscles and the neck muscles and the full range of motion. To make the exercise more challenging, you can place your legs on an elevation or add a rubber resistance movement. The recommended tempo for this exercise is 5 2 1 1, which means 5 seconds down, 2 seconds pause at the bottom, 1 second concentric movement, and 1 second pause at the top of the movement. The second exercise is one-armed push-ups or push-ups with one extended arm. This is the most challenging variation of push-ups, in which the entire movement is performed one-armed or with light support on an extended arm from above or from the side. To start doing this type of push-ups, you must first master classic push-ups very well. Then, you can perform push-ups on the wall, where we mainly train the shoulder girdle, i.e., the shoulder muscles. This movement is very challenging and complex, but it's worth trying. You can make the normal position more challenging by placing your hands on an elevation, so that your head hides between the supports. You can also perform various exercises with accessories such as kettlebells, dumbbells, or rubber bands, for example, pressing over the head in a standing position and pressing lying on the ground. On the back, you can also perform all types of pull-ups, including Australian pull-ups, and pulling movements of weight in the incline of the torso towards the ground. Rowing with rubber bands attached to the ground or to a hook placed in front of the training person can work well here.
