The alkaline diet, also referred to as the de-acidifying diet, is a nutritional approach aimed at reducing the body's acidity by limiting the intake of acid-forming foods. Introduced over a century ago, its proponents argue that an excess of acids in the body can lead to various health issues.
Acidification of the organism
First of all, you have to explain the term "acidity in the body". It's a condition in which the balance between acid and fatty acids in your body is disrupted. Another name for this condition is acid. It is worth noting that it is a pathological condition that requires treatment. Acid doesn't occur as a result of a bad diet, but as a consequence of serious lung, kidney, or untreated diabetes. The only case where a diet can cause acidity in a body is a strict ketogenic diet. In the body of a healthy person who is on a regular acid diet, there is no right to get rid of it.
