Dead pulling is one of the most effective multi-step exercises available, provided it is executed correctly. It stimulates most of the muscles in the human body, strengthens the lower part of the back, the postural muscles, and develops the entire so-called back strap. Unfortunately, many individuals complain about back pain that occurs after exercise. This is a serious matter that will be addressed in the subsequent text.
Causes of spinal pain during deadlifts
Unpleasant spine sensations occurring during and after deadlifts are typically caused by incorrect execution of the exercise and insufficient flexibility. The entire back should be in a state of tension during training, without changing its shape. If we make technical mistakes, it can lead to overloading the spine, which manifests as flattening or deepening of natural curves and excessive rotation. The lumbar section of the spine is particularly prone to injury. A stable posture and correct execution of deadlifts depend on proper tension of the abdominal muscles and good mobility in the chest and hip joints.
