This Policy applies to digital products and services from dietspremium.com, including nutrition plan & training plans, “nutrition plan with exercises”, e-books, digital templates, subscriptions, and professional account upgrades.

§2. Statutory right of withdrawal (EU)

  • Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract.
  • Exception for digital content: If you expressly request us to begin performance before the 14-day period ends and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal does not apply to those digital contents/services.
  • This right is without prejudice to your statutory warranty rights.

§3. Exclusions & limitations

  • Personalised content (e.g., plans generated based on your inputs) once creation has started.
  • Digital content already provided/accessed where you consented to early performance.
  • Subscriptions : No pro-rata refunds for elapsed periods unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

§4. Defects & complaints

  • For defective, incomplete, or inaccessible digital content we will promptly remedy the defect or provide equivalent access.
  • Submit complaints via the contact form describing the defect (include order number and account e-mail).

§5. Withdrawal / refund process

  • Withdrawal notice within 14 days via contact form (name, account e-mail, order number, product).
  • Confirmation : We will confirm receipt and outline next steps.
  • Refund : Issued to the original payment method no later than 14 days after valid withdrawal, subject to statutory exceptions.

  • Before purchase we clearly show price, scope, duration, any subscription rules, and the withdrawal exception notice.
