<p>Kaszę jaglaną przepłukać wrzątkiem na sicie (w celu pozbycia się goryczki). Ugotować w proporcjach 1:2 czyli 2 razy więcej wody niżeli kaszy. Daktyle zalać wrzątkiem, po 15 minutach wyjąć z wody.</p>
