Recipe preparation steps
Cook rice in 1 cup of lightly salted water. The cooking time is about 40 minutes - until softness and absorption of water.
Roast sunflower seeds on a dry pan to a golden color.
Chop chives.
Thin Slices of Peeled Mushrooms Steamed on the Pan with Rape Oil, Salt, and Pepper.
At the End of Steaming, Add Rice to Mushrooms and Mix.
Steamed Rice with Mushrooms, Drizzled with Sunflower Oil and Sprinkled with Sunflower Seeds and Parsley.
