Contemporary culinary trends are gradually shifting away from conventional, often monotonous deli-meat sandwich fillings toward innovative, nutrient-dense bread spreads that not only diversify daily meals but also provide the body with essential nutrients—ranging from vitamins to critical minerals. Just a decade ago, ingredients like hummus or avocado on bread were considered exotic novelties; today, however, they have become integral components of healthy eating for many, reflecting society’s growing awareness of balanced nutrition.

Avocado paste

A healthy addition to the sandwiches is an avocado-based paste of delicious fruit, which, thanks to its oleic acid content, lowers cholesterol levels and regulates blood pressure. For this purpose, we cook 2 eggs hard, which we cut into cubes. We add 1 chopped and chopped avocado. To the taste, we add a little lemon juice, a spoonful of olive oil, garlic tooth, salt and pepper.

Tuna paste and avocado

The taste of a classic avocado paste can be broken with the addition of tuna... just like we used to make two hard eggs... we put 1 avocado in the bowl, a yellow and a can of tuna in our own sauce... we mix everything together... we cut the protein into a small cubes and add to the previously blended mass... we add chopped spices and some mayonnaise and mustard... we make salt and pepper.

It's broccoli paste

A nutritious broccoli paste is just as easy to make... just cook one head of broccola... a frozen vegetable with salt, pepper and lemon juice... add olive oil and optionally 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds or coconut kernels... mix the whole.

Lens paste

And I'm sure those of you who are passionate about onion plants will love the lentils paste. We need 130 grams of dry lentiles to make it soft. Meanwhile, we mix half a glass of pumpkin seeds with a few dried tomatoes. We add four to five tablespoons of olive oil and a pre-cooked lentil. We flavor the whole thing with salt, pepper and herbs. We blend it all together to get the same weight.

It's a sunflower paste

The sunflower is a frequent addition to the paste for butter. It blends nicely with those made from onion plants or other vegetables. It can also be the base of the paste itself. To prepare it, you only need to cook half a glass of sunfloor for a few minutes. In a separate pot we cook a couple of tablespoons of rice. We combine the two products, add a can tomato scrub and mix everything together. We make it taste like salt and pepper.

Bamboo paste

The bean is a popular seasonal vegetable that we like to prepare for dinner. Its appearance on the strawberries is a harbinger of the coming summer. The bean, like many other onion plants, has many nutritional properties. It's worth making a sandwich paste from time to time. All you have to do is cook 1 kg of bean and pick it from the skin.

Pasta of beans

The beans are also a good choice as an ingredient in the bread dough. We cook the first glass of beans to be soft. In the meantime, we fry half a glass of peeled sunflower seeds on the pan. We combine the cooked beans with the sunscreen and mix them into a smooth paste. We add a bit of sliced parsley moisture. Alternatively, we can put it in the pickled cucumber paste.

Pepper paste with dried tomatoes

A little more caloric suggestion of the paste is this one based on peppers, dried tomatoes, and onions. To do this, we take 1 large red pepper, remove the nest and cut it into plates. Then we add 2 medium-sized onion plates and 2 3 toothed garlic. We grill everything in the pan until the pepper melts. And then we take the vegetables from the pan, and we add a few dry tomatoes and flavoring spices (salt, chili, oregano, basil, sweet pepper) and then we mix them. And finally we add olive oil and a mixture.

Strawberries and strawberries

Lovers of sweet breakfast can try making a paste based on carrots and strawberries. All you need is a bunch of white cheese, 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt and 100 g of carrots that we cut into sheets. All the ingredients are mixed.

It's hard-boiled pasta with lentils

The classic combination of fruit or fish can be changed from time to time to a different set. The lens is also suitable for this duet. A glass of cooked lens is mixed with half the packaging of the face and choked on onion oil. The whole thing is flavored with salt and pepper. There are plenty of ideas to diversify your breakfast. Classic sandwich additives like butter and cheese, although it's worth changing to pasta every now and then.
