Fresh fruit and vegetables
The difficulty of feeling pleasure, or the complete lack of pleasure, extends beyond the bedroom door. However, when visual stimulation is delivered all the time in the form of sex in every possible variation, and with the click of a mouse you get another and another movie, and thus a new partner, the brain interprets this as an evolutionary success, virtually empowering the next porn actresses and passing on the genes to the next e-generation. Additionally, there is a positive reinforcement under the shape of sex at any given time, which increases the effect.
