Any recommendation must account for unique physiological conditions, health objectives, and potential medical contraindications that may alter an individual’s metabolic and digestive responses to hydration patterns.

Do you drink before, during, or after meals?

A person on a reduction diet should avoid drinking large quantities of fluids during a meal. However, if we drink a mature meal quickly, the enzyme will not be able to break down the juices and digestive enzymes, which can lead to a slowdown in digestion and a loss of appetite in the stomach. First of all, we should keep in mind that amylase is the best digestible carbohydrate enzyme found in the mouth glass. If we always drink a ripe meat, this enzyme does not contribute to the breakdown of sugars and intestinal enzymes which can result in a slower digestion rate and the loss of food intake in our stomachs.

What's the best drink to choose?

The best choice, of course, is mineral water. Not everyone prefers its taste or lack of it, so it's worth enriching it with a lump of lemon. However, not only will the water be suitable for drinking before, during and after meals. A good alternative is green, herbal or fruit teas. In addition to a wide range of different flavors, they will provide our body with many valuable nutrients. If someone has a taste for fruit juices, I recommend that they be prepared on their own, but it is best to avoid half-dilute with water.
