After a month, the alcohol should be strained out and stored in the refrigerator to cool. 4. The fruit should be covered with all the sugar and left in a warm place until a syrup forms from the ingredients. 5. Then, the syrup should be combined with the alcohol and left to sit for a week. 6. After a week, the resulting beverage should be strained into bottles and left to age for about three months.
