However, is it truly effective and safe for everyone? When referring to a blood group diet, we are talking about four distinct nutritional approaches that are customized to the specific needs of individuals with different blood types.
Diet by blood type
Blood plays one of the most important roles in the human body because it carries oxygen and nutrients. Blood type is a factor that affects our health and well-being. Every organism is different and may have different nutritional needs. That's why it's so hard to choose the right diet that will help us lose weight and keep our bodies in good shape.
Diet for blood group 0
People with blood group 0 are commonly called minders. They are advised to eat mainly meat products (thin poultry, lean beef) and fish (dust, halibut, salmon, mackerel). People with this blood group often develop colon cancer, are tired of constipation and ulcers. They also have a tendency to develop allergies and asthma. Minders should limit dairy products, grains and legumes.
Diet for blood group A
People with blood group A are called rollers. The appropriate products in their diet should be plant products, i.e. vegetarian products. Their resistance to various diseases is very low, so they need constant strengthening. Most often they have gastrointestinal disorders and diseases of the cardiovascular system. Blood group A people should eliminate meat from their diet and replace it with fish and vegetables with the exception of bacon, white cabbage, black olives.
Diet for blood group B
People with this blood group are prone to diseases such as multiple sclerosis or diabetes. People with blood group B can choose food from a wide range of plant and animal products. Their diet also includes fish: salmon or poultry. Instead of chicken meat in their diet, they should include, for example, indoor meat.
Diet for blood group AB
All foods that are not highly recommended in the diet of people with blood groups A and B are also basically prohibited in a diet for people with AB, with the exception of tomatoes. This is a diet in which the restrictions are the least, but those with AB should use this very wisely. Just like in the blood group B, it is not recommended to eat chicken meat, in which case they can be substituted: lamb, lamb, turkey meat and rabbit.
