Resveratrol is a substance present in red wine, whose characteristics have been associated with longevity and positive effects on health for centuries. This valuable antioxidant primarily originates from grapes, but is also found (in smaller quantities) in pineapples, blueberries, blackberries, morels, mulberries, peanuts, and cranberries.
The effects of resveratrol
