Couscous, a type of menu, can be prepared in a short period, hence it is very popular among busy individuals. The preparation of zucchini, vegetables and kidney walnuts is a dish that can be served hot or cold.
The constituent components
– 125 g granules of musk (1/2 package), – 1/2 red bell pepper, – 3 mushrooms, – 1 carrot, – 1 small onion, – 1 teaspoon of olive oil, – a handful of apricot kernels, – a handful of sunflower seeds, – a handful of sesame seeds, – flavorings: sweet paprika, black pepper, Tuscan herbs, curry, garlic.
Dish preparation
Dice the bell pepper and onion, and peel and cut the carrots into elongated shapes. Sauté everything in olive oil and transfer to a separate dish. Clean and slice the mushrooms, mix them with curry and garlic, and then sauté them. Add them to the vegetables. Chop the nuts into small pieces and roast them together with sunflower seeds and sesame seeds on a hot pan until they turn golden. Add them to the rest of the ingredients. Prepare the couscous according to the package instructions, and combine it with the other products after it has swelled. Season the whole mixture and mix well. The dish can be served immediately after preparation or cold.
