The disease is influenced by genetic, immunological, environmental, and geographical factors, with the highest prevalence in temperate regions. It predominantly affects women, particularly those aged 20-40, and in Poland, fewer than 50,000 individuals are diagnosed with the condition.

Diffuse stiffness

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic disease of the central nervous system, inflammatory and demyelinating. It results in a slowing or complete blockage of the flow of nerve stimuli from the center to the peripheral nervous systems. Patients with MS suffer from impaired mobility, animal disorders or problems with the digestive tract, visual disturbances and excess fatigue. However, this chronic illness most commonly occurs in the form of chronic symptoms (symptoms of the disease) and remission (weakness, relapse and disease), it can also be used in the treatment of multiple scleroderma (MS).

Diarrhoea is a widespread diet

The effects of nutrition on the development, symptoms and course of MS are increasingly being studied. Of course, pharmacological treatment and underestimated rehabilitation are necessary. Nutrition should take into account health status, the period of rejection or remission and the ability to prepare meals physically depending on the patient's physical condition. Unfortunately, there is no clearly defined way of eating in a diverse diet, and numerous studies are still being carried out in this regard. There are no scientifically proven beneficial effects of any of any particular diet, so it is recommended that a rational diet should lead to a problem of maintaining a healthy body weight and providing all the necessary nutrients for the body.

Is it any kind of constipation? What kind of fat is in the diet?

Since the 1950s, it has been observed that the highest incidence of MS cases occurred in regions with a higher intake of high-fat products of animal origin. In contrast, in Eskimos who feed heavily on fish, there has been a sporadic observation of the prevalence of MS which is shown in the table below.

Difficulty swallowing antioxidants and vitamins

The role of the so-called antioxidants, which include vitamins A, C, E and mineral ingredients: zinc, selenium, copper in the daily diet, include vegetables, including protein-rich vegetables (salted vegetables), nuts, fruits, etc. A thermal treatment that reduces the vitamin content is important. If there are sunflower seeds, pistachios and coconut seeds in the diet, it will also be sufficient to supplement each family with zinc, salted seeds and copper.
