Components: 120 g of banana, 150 ml of carbonated water, 150 mL of kefir, 2.5 g of cocoa and 5 g of erythritol. Preparation method: Before preparing the drink, place the banana in the refrigerator for approximately an hour. After this time, transfer the banana to a blender and blend until it is smooth, gradually adding carbonated water. Pour half of the obtained mass into a glass and mix with kefir (100 ml) and erythritol. To the remaining part that remains in the blender, add cocoa and mix again. Pour 50 ml of kefir onto the bottom of a glass, then pour the dark half of the mocktail. Add the light mass and sprinkle with a pinch of cocoa.

Ingredients: – 300 g of watermelon flesh, – 50 g of diced watermelon, – 100 ml of sugar-free tonic, – 20 ml of lemon juice, – 10 g of erythritol, – a few ice cubes.
