Unfortunately, bad news for all lovers of milk chocolate is the fact that it is a high-calorie product, so it doesn't work very well in the diet (540 kcal/100 g). Chocolate has many properties and has a beneficial effect on the human mood, but too much of it, despite so many positive ingredients for the body, will cause fat tissue growth and extra kilograms of weight.
