Indispensable ingredients for the preparation of a healthy snack
– 3 slices of whole grain bread (100 g), – a slice of smoked salmon (70 g), – 2 pickled cucumbers (120 g), – a half pack of natural cream cheese (75 g), – a handful of any salad (4 g), and – dried chervil.
The technique of preparation
The creation of sandwiches is extraordinarily straightforward: we spread slices of whole grain bread with natural sauces, add vegetables, slices of salmon and pickles. Then, we sprinkle the entire dish with fresh coriander. Consequently, in the least amount of time, we have a tasty and quick dinner prepared!
