When the days become shorter and colder, we often yearn for a warming cup that calms us down or stimulates us. The most common choices are black tea or coffee, but there are many other options that can fill our favorite cups.

Tea for cold nights

In addition to black tea, we also often reach for green tea, which is a very good choice. However, depending on how you make it, green tea can stimulate you or calm you down. It also has a lot of antioxidants that will help you keep your whole body healthy and in great shape. In stores you can find tea with various additives, e.g. Opunction, jasmine or lemon. If you always choose fresh tea from the leaves, because they are valuable. Green tea can also be very stimulating.

Coffee warms and stimulates

Some people can't live without coffee, others avoid it because of its negative effects on the body. Many popular brands of coffee blend both types in their products. However, in the case of coffee, the saying everything in moderation seems to be most correct. Coffee should not be exaggerated, but it should also not be avoided. It has many valuable properties that will help us in our daily functioning. In Poland there are two most common types of coffee: robusta and arabica.
