Due to the growing recognition of celiac disease in society, gluten-free flour-containing products and foods prepared with them are becoming increasingly popular. Gluten-free bread is a dietary bread baked using flour produced from rice, corn, yeast, prosa, as well as starch, soybean flour, egg products and bulk substances of plant origin (pectins). Its production is very important because baking is one of the key products in the Polish diet. Prescriptions for gluten-free bread are many and really very easy. Prescription for the simplest glutenless bread. Preparation: all ingredients put in a bowl and thoroughly mix the ingredients: 500 g of flour (a mixture of rice, corn and potatoes), 3 tablespoons of flaxseed, 2 teaspoon of sesame seeds, 3⁄4 tablespees of salt, 1/5 tablespice of sugar, 28 g of fresh rice and yeast, 500 ml of warm water. The ingredients are: put in the bowl, carefully mix the doughs, then cover the dish and put it in a warm place for 20 minutes.
