As long as the cabbage itself is healthy and rich in vitamins, it's processed, and a lot of fish and fat is added to it, and so the flavor of the carbohydrate should be avoided.

Contrary to popular belief, Christmas for a woman with gestational diabetes doesn't have to be a real culinary horror. It's a time of joy and happiness, especially when we're expecting a baby, and humiliating that moment can be foods that we modify slightly to our needs. If we want something sweet, we can afford a roasted cinnamon apple or a small amount of cinnamon peppers. Not only will it be good for our health, but we don't need to worry about extra pounds of sugar.
