How, then, can one reconcile the craving for summer specialties that exert an irresistible pull during the vacation season while still prioritizing physical fitness and an aesthetically pleasing appearance?

There are several ways to make a dietary barbecue

For good weather and long summer evenings, it's best to grill in a group of friends or acquaintances if you're lucky enough to have a lot of nutritious food.
